Whenever you send MIBs to SW do you guys zip the mibs first or just attached each individual *.mib to the email you send to mibs@solarwinds.com ?
I'm asking because I've sent few zips and .tar.gz's to that email and occasionally recieved a reply from the FogBugz auto-responder with a link that I can't ever check the status of on my 'case's tracking ticket'. When the next week's MIB Database comes out the different devices I've sent in to have added do not show up still.
