I've got a user in NPM 9.5 who I'd like to be able to manage/unmanage devices.
I don't really want to grant them the ability to modify node properties or add/remove nodes, just to unmanage the device to suppress alerts for maintenance.

Not possible.
Why not use Acknowledge Alerts to supress it instead?
