Orion Requirements for Evaluation version

I'm trying to install the evaluation version in a server with these features:

Compaq ML570 
RAM: 3 GB
CPU: 2 Pentium III Xeon 1 Ghz each one
HD: 100 GB

I read at the Requirements table that the CPU speed must be 2 Ghz. The question is:

If I have 2 CPU with 1Ghz speed each one. Could they cover the requirement?

 The Pentium III would probably not suffice. The
poller is single threaded and it would act just like if it were on a single 1GHz
cpu.
