How to set/up custom mibs for IIS ?

I would like to measure MS Windows 2003 IIS.I measure :connectionAttempts (This is the number of connection attempts that have been made to the HTTP Server.)But problem is , that i get unrealistic Value , like 513.3 K, Under MIB Value Type i use CounterUnder units, i write Connections, and Time Frame i set seconds currentAnonymousUsers (This is the number of anonymous users currently connected to the HTTP Server.), the same settings us upper. Valu like 495 K
