i m using solar winds Network Performance Monitor version 9.5.,,

while trying to discover, the following error exists:

               Unable to start discovery.

                Could not reach job scheduler service after 3 retrie

Were you able to fix this? If not and it's causing system slowdown, go ahead and open a ticket.

I do know the development is working on a Scheduled Discovery feature, which might help you in the future. Check out the following thread.
