Is there any way to keep the alerts in the list and just clear them so I can manually remove them?
Just make them turn green if the trigger is not active.
I would like to see what happened during the night when I come to work.

Are you aware of the option to acknowledge alerts? Acknowledged alerts don't disappear, but the authenticated use who acknowledges has his/her username and timestamp attached to alerts that have been acknowledged.
You can acknowledge the alert to remove it from active alerts however, it will still be in all alerts until the reset condition is met.
Otherwise, you could also set a trigger actions to write to the NetPerfMon Event Log and then you can reference the log for which alerts were triggered.

Yea I can always check the history but I would like an easy way to see if alerts are active or if they is still active.
Just wanted them to turn green if the alarm is clear not just disapear or stay red
