Query: NPM:: Two Unknown Groups

Hi,

For some reason under the device groups i have two Unknown Groups.

[Unknown] (511)

and

Unknown (4)

Any ideas how to get rid of the second one.

Try to highlight that group [ Unknown(4) ] and then it will present those 4 items in a list.

The button to DELETE is greyed-out at this point, so place a check in each box besides their names and then click DELETE (its in the far right corner above) and then they should go away.

If they don't then I'd assume there's some orphans in your database and Support will have to advise you how to be rid of them. Good Luck!
