Graphs display problem - red cross

Good morning,

This morning, we had a strange problem with Orion (v8.5.1 SP3) about the graphs made for each node.
Orion Web page didn't want to display the graphs and, at the place, it displayed a small red cross… like graphs/pictures not available/not exist.

I have restarted the Orion Services and graphs came back.

Have you ever had this kind of problem? Do you know the cause of this problem?

If this re-occurs try clearing the web cache from the admin.page or I have also seen in the past that running
the website portion of the configuration wizard and install the website in
another directory:

C:\Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion\ConfigurationWizard.exe

Select only website.

e.g. Instead of:

C:\InetPub\SolarWinds

Specify:

C:\InetPub\SolarWinds2

I had this problem about a week ago and the only thing that cleared it was rebooting the web server. I tried clearing the cache first and no good

Hi everyone!

Did you get a resolution for this issue, I'm seeing this issue too! The only way to fix it is to reboot the server - it'll then work ok for a few days - web access grinds to a halt and the graphs don't appear (red cross). The server's process are not doing anything during this time too!
