Is it possible to Group Interfaces then create an alert based on Total Utilization of the links in the group?

For example I would like to add two interfaces from two different routers into a single group.

I would then like to set an alert which would be triggered if the total bandwidth of both links fall below a specific threshold.

Is this currently possible?
