Network Map - Map status is Warning, One or more objects' state is Unknown.

Some of my maps are yellow stating an object is unknown. I don't see any grey items on the map and everything is green. Any easy way to see what's causing this.

I don't really have an answer for you but...sometimes I notice that some of our remote switches show all the ports green with a flashing yellow square. It turned out that SNMP wasn't getting through but ICMPs were.

Bump. This is a little frustrating. I see all green on the map and every device has an up status. I do not see any "unknown" items on the map. Can SW somehow put on the page what is causing this so it can be looked at?

We don't know offhand what this issue is. Have you opened up a Support ticket? If this is a bug, that's the process that will get it moved to engineering, assuming that Support can't help you troubleshoot.
