MIBs in database not reporting complete stats
FormerMember
Greetings everyone,
We are currently using Orion 8.0.1. We are having great success using it to monitor our Cisco devices. We do have an issue getting Orion to properly get SNMP stats from Liebert UPS systems and our test AVTECH Room Alert system. We can only get basic network information, none of the more specific power and temperature monitoring that we need out of these systems.
We have verified that we have the newest MIB database loaded. We have also verified that the devices we want to monitor are in the MIB database. Can anyone shed some light on where we could be going wrong?

have you verified that the OIDs for the power and temperature MIBs match the OIDs in the current MIB database. I have had similar problems because the MIB importer tool in V8 doesn't work. Due to this, I am only able to use the MIBs for our Leibert UPS which are currently in the database. Although there are some power and temperature sensors, they are not the same OIDs which are supported by our Leibert.
