I recently updated NPM to the latest including HF, Orion Platform 2017.1.2 SP2, NPM 12.1, now the Alert Manager screen in blank. Action Manager page appears fine. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,Anthony
Never mind, found out is was a browser related issue. IE11 doesn't appear, but when using Edge it's fine.
Again thanks for the help.
Anthony
Ajacinth,
the only time I've experienced similar symptoms is RIGHT after all services were restarted... which cleared within a few minutes.
I would check to make sure all services are running from your "Orion Service Manager" also reload your wedpage and check again...
I checked the services, they are all running, even restarted a few. As I said the tab next to it 'Action Manager' page appears fine. I wonder if something went wrong during the update?
Try re running the configuration wizard again double check all alerts are enabled, also log in with the 'Admin' account incase of some random view limitation.
Also try and fource an alert to trigger if you can see what happens, I'd personally contact a solarwinds support incase the upgrade has some issues.
As a tip run the diagnostic that will give you some suggestions of potential problems.
Also check the logs located in programdata.solarwinds. Orion. logs see if there's anything when you force an alert and yea check the Orion services
cheers

Also click settings scroll down to polling engines check the 'last database sync' is within the last few seconds, also make sure your 'last database update' is not a negative number this will indercate communication issues to the database.
We saw this issue one time when there was a corrupt alert in the database. SolarWinds support had to assist in finding directly in the database tables and getting it deleted.
+plus 1 for that. Could be the engineID table or the website table that has the old data still there, removing the old fields and re running the configuration would hopefully do the job, definitely do that with solarwinds assistant
Followed instructions I found here,
Unable to see alerts after upgrading and alert page turns blank - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support
However still blank, will contact support.
Thanks for all the help,
