Can anyone tell me how to do that? I would like to create an alert that triggers when a node has been transmitting at full % for x minutes. Is it possible? I would like to do something similar but with response time.

In the Advanced Alert under Trigger Condition Tab at the bottom you can use the following:
Do not trigger this action until condition exists for more than x Minutes.
