New Routers are showing up as Unknown

I have changed out routers on our WAN from Cisco 2611 to Cisco 2821 routers. I am getting unknown status on the new routers.

I have configured SNMP on the routers. What could be missing?

Have you done a "rediscover resources" from the System Manager node details page?
It will no longer recognize the interfaces you were monitoring on the old routers.

Verify the version of SNMP- and the check if the IP addresses are from the previous devices.

Also re-check the config and make sure nothing is blocking port 161.
