VPN Pollers

Hi guys,

Hoping someone can shed some light and help with this.

We have a number of VPN pollers setup, for two environments the DR and Live environment.

However on the 5th July the pollers for the Live Environment stopped polling, we have not received any alerts to say anything is down and the DR Environment continues to poll correctly.

I did noticed that out of the pollers we have for the Live Environment one of pollers is still polling correctly while others such as our Tunnel State poller or not polling.

I have checked and tested the pollers in placeand they all test successfully.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be the cause?

I would recommend to open a support ticket with us to look into this issue deeper.

Ok was kind of hoping someone may have experienced it and know what the solution is as its odd, that the DR Environment, using pollers setup in the EXACT same way, just for the DR environment are still working
