Device addition issue via SNMP: Test failed

Dears,

While I'm adding a device in Solarwinds console via SNMP, community string is failed. The same set of other devices are working fine without any issue.

We already have opened snmp in our firewalls and also SNMP service was restarted on the network device. But still issue exists.

I have gone through few articles from community but doesn't help me in this regard.

Can someone provide an update for the resolution on this. Thanks.

If you are confident that you have the correct snmp community strings, do your devices have an SNMP allow list, or an Access Control List, that limits which devices can poll it?

Make sure you are able to reach these OIDs when running SNMPWALK:

1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1 sysdescr 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2 sysobjectid 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3 sysuptime
