How can I change the default gauge style to be used for every interfaces I want to see details of ? (I don't want to change every one of them manually, there must be a way to change it globally). Thanks !!
If you change it on a view, it will be changed for every device. It isn't a device-by-device thing.
Will that change it for all users or just my account?
By default it will change it for everyone. However, if you have created a custom view, it will only change for those users that are using that view
