We currently have our primary system as well as an additional poller for Orion NPM. I was considering setting it up so that both systems could accept Syslog & SNMP Traps and using the Windows Network Load balancing between the two systems for the Syslogs and Traps.
By doing this we would guarenee that if either system were to become unavailable we would still be logging all Syslogs and Traps and nothing would get missed... at least that is the theory.
Has anybody tried this to suggest if it will work or not?
