Enable Advanced mode in version 10.1

The web console settings in version 10.1 do not include an enable Advanced mode checkbox.

Where do I enable that in this version?

I want to add an otion on my menus to be able to click on a filtered view.

the manual entry above indicates I need Enhanced mode turned on to do this.

I cannot find that options where he manual sends me...

Is this in a diffrent place in 10.1 ?

Enabling Advanced Mode
Advanced Mode enables the creation of new views and provides additional resources that can be included in each view. The following steps enable Advanced Mode.
To enable Advanced Mode:
1. Log in to the web console as an administrator.
2. Click Admin in the Views toolbar.
3. Click Web Console Settings in the Settings grouping.
4. Confirm that Allow Advanced Customization is set to Yes.
5. If you are satisfied with the configuration of your view, click Submit.
