Polling engine upgrade timing out

I am trying to upgrade my secondary polling engine. While it is downloading a package from the main server it is timing out after 30 minutes and failing the install. Is there a way to increase the timeout or manually download the install package?

I have attached a screen shot of the error I am getting on the polling engine server.

Are you on 12.0.1 if so you can download the smart installer from the main poller and save it to a share.

Smart installer is where it's at. Once I was told I needed to use that particular package the upgrade from 12.0.1 RC1 to 12.0.1 was quick and easy.

If you're already using that and seeing this try bouncing the service on the primary. If that doesn't work you may just want to bounce the primary if you can.
