I'm trying to build multiple reports for our Windows systems and their 'trends' for this past year 2009.
I need reports for BUSINESS HOURS (8a-5p) and AFTER HOURS (5p-8a). Summarized by MONTH and also by WEEK.
I've made the reports for Business Hours but anything I do with the FILTER RESULTS tab for these after hours reports always matches what the Business Hours already show. It's really strange and I am about brain dead from fighting this. (not much brain left anyway...)
Has anyone seen problems like this for trending reports?
Could my data be rolled-up/summarized in the database to where it might cause this problem?
