NPM Availability Report

Question

Hi,

Few of my nodes were not reachable bcoz of link failure (nodes were up that time). When I generate monthly availability report for nodes, I get 100% availability for these nodes. How I can get a report which also shows that outage information.

Node was down for 5 minutes and I received node down message on event viewer also an email alert which I configured for node down status. Packet loss shows 20% when the link was down. There is no backup link.

Can you give more info?  So while that link was down, the node was still up as Orion could get to it via another route?
