VM on which NPM is installed keeps crashing

Help. My server guy configured a VM for my monitoring tools (of which I currently have NPM, NCM, IPAM and NTA). The vm and tools have been installed for over a month but recently we have had problems with the VM blue-screening. Today, when I came in, the VM was turned off.

I have checked the logs and there does not appear to be much going on there. There were a couple warnings and 2 critical alerts from about the time we installed the box. After that, the only thing in the logs is the 2 Critical alerts referencing the BSOD.

We have SQL running on a separate vm (which is where we host the Orion databases. The VM platform is Microsoft's Hypervisor. The box is win2k8 r2 and the orion products are really the only non-windows applications installed on that box. Regarding physical hardware, it is a Dell 2-way cluster. There is a ton of RAM in the thing and several quad-core processors. The vm has 4 processors assigned to it.
