Quick question, when I upgrade from 9.0 sevice pack 2 to 9.1, should I go straight to 9.1 service pack 3?

Yes, since you are upgrading, please go directly to 9.1 SP3
Brandon, another quick question. My server that has NPM also has NCM running on it. Do I need to stop any services to do the upgrade?
Are you running the integration module? Regardless, when you upgrade, the installer should shut down all the services to perform the upgrade.
