Utilization greater than 100%

I'm running an Orion demo at the moment and I just ran into something weird. I'm monitoring a DS3 and Orion is reporting the transmit utilization as 134%. It is reporting the interface bandwidth correctly (44 Mbps), but it apparently thinks that the link is currently pushing 60 Mbps of data.

Any thoughts on this?
