NPM upgrade compatibility

Hello,

Before I upgrade NPM 12.0 to NPM 12.2, I need to know if I have to upgrade all the modules because of compatibility issues. I've seen people reporting problems with NTA compatibility and not allowing for NPM upgrade but will the upgrade also affect NCM, Engineer's Toolset, VNQM, NTM?

In other words, is it possible to update only NPM (and maybe NTA), and not have a problem with the rest afterwards?

When you let the installer run, it will Show you what's possible and what's not. The preflight checks are pretty sophisticated with the new installer. you can also choose what you want to update in the new istaller. just let it run and see for yourself.
