I was just wondering if this is a typo in the readme file or do we have the wronservice pack with hotfix?

This can be a bit confusing. There was an earlier hotfix, but, as it applied to an earlier service pack, the hotfix you have applied is the first and only hotfix for service 4 (and service pack 5, if you are running Orion IPAM).
