Polling engine doesn't restart

Whenever we reboot the Orion server then start the Performance Monitor app, it says the Polling engine is not running. It's set to automatically start in Services, but for some reason it doesn't.

I am having the same problem. Have you found a solution?

Not really. I did have to reinstall Orion to correct another problem, and the NPM service problem hasn't happened since.
