Looking for the best way to know when the servers get configured for SNMP

We have alot of servers managed by many teams.  They all have to get SNMP loaded on thier servers, AIX, Windows, VMWare, Linux, etc...   How do I know when they have completed this?  Is there a way to look for this?  Can I setup each server with the SNMP credentials and just see when it comes up?

 

Any ideas??...  nothing in the toolset would work because the servers are scattered over hundreds of subnets.  I have a list but.....

I am trying to understand this question better.Please provide the answers for the questions below.

-Have you added these servers to Orion?

-If yes did you add using SNMP or WMI?

If all the servers where added using snmp,then any changes made by your team on these servers can be notified using Alerts in NPM.
