Predefined alerts

In another version I used to have some predefined alerts like "Notify me when an interface goes down" or "Notify when a router reboots", etc. We have uninstalled Orion and reinstalled 7.2 (System 7.2.57, Monitor 7.2.50) and now I don't see any of those. I DO see them if I go to Test Alerts, they are in the pulldown, but the only alerts listed in the Alerts List are the ones I've created. How do I get the "predefined alerts" to show up again? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
