View - Specific Nodes in each Column?

Question

I'd like to create a Node status up/down view.  I'd like to have specific nodes in separate columns. The only way I know how to specify certain nodes is to go to the view limitation, but this will apply to all columns in the view. For example, I want to list Camera A, Camera B in the first column, and have Switch A and Switch B in the second column, etc.

How can this be accomplished?  Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply.  This is a good suggestion, however the Report Writer has not been very friendly to me.  The node types are an unknown vendor (ping only) so getting them to report properly is a real headache.  Can you please share your other suggestion?

I have two options for this approach, will share my proffered method.

Step 1: Create a new view

Step 2: Add the "Report from Orion Report Writer" to columns 1 and 2

Step 3: Create a report using Report Writer, one report for every section you wish to have. Title them as you want them to appear on the website

Step 4: Navigate back to your newly created view and assign the reports to the resources on the view.

This will allow you to have a list of Switch A devices and Switch B devices. I would recommend building your report to include specific fields for better management. Let me know if you would like more specific information on getting this done.
