Orion 8.5 Web Console

Hi,

I just installed Orion Performance Monitor v8.5. When I try to launch the Web Console I get the following error:

The page cannot be found.

I tried changing from the default port 80 to 8080, with no luck. Restarted the IIS service and disabled the default web Site since it was originally on port 80 as well. Any ideas??

When did you download the product? Was it prior to yesterday when Hotfix 2 was released?

I downloaded the eval product 2 weeks ago, and applied the new patch that was released yesterday.

The Hotfix is for production versions only. For the EVAL if you re-download and reinstall, it’ll be included..

I spoke to my sales rep at solarwinds and he said that patch should work for production and eval. I originally downloaded the patch to fix my issue during the configuration wizard it stops and displays "cannot update web config.". So this is a seperate issue now after the hotfix.
