SNMPv3 Orion Network Performance Monitor

Hello,

I recently tried to configured a SNMPv3 in the Orion and also in cisco router,

I configured the user, group, the md5 and des56

but when the Orion tried to communicate with the router to get the traps, i got this message:

error validating SNMP the node does not respond with the supplied credentials

also in a wireshark trace i get this:

repot SNMP-USER-BASED-SM-MIB:: usmStatsUnknowEngineIDs.0

from the router to the orion.

Yes, thx, I already follow the steps in that guide, but still have the same problem.

the Orion send the request to the router with the parameters that i configured for user, group, md5, but not answer from the router,

I didnt configure the engineID in the router for the remote host, because i dont have much idea what is the correct value in that fill.

Any idea why is happened that?
