I also have this same problem. I cannot call either number. I get a fast busy and it is very annoying. I have mentioned it to Solarwinds a couple of times both over the phone and via email. I can call other 866-530-xxxx numbers, just not Solarwinds. I believe this is a problem with their PBX that needs to be resolved on their end.
