How erase nodes for an old poller from database
pablost
I´ve a problem. I need to erase or eliminate an old poller. Because I reinstall Npm 7 and now I have 2 pollers, the thing is when I need a report, the nodes appears twice, one in each poller engine.
When I start the NPM it ask me for which poller use, and it shows only the nodes of this poller engine, but in report writer both appears.
What can I do?.
How can I erase nodes for an old poller from database?
is it possible?
(Sorry my english)

Download and install the Polling Engine Load-balancer from the Orion Customer Login - unsupported Web page.
This allows you to specify which polling engine you want to use & also allows you to remove old pollers.
Note: the alerts will still be assigned to the old poller. Call Solarwinds support to find out how to migrate
the alerts to the new poller by using a database query.
