How to see a UNIX mount point via SNMP?

I have SNMP on my AIX servers, but I do not see the "mount points"

Anyone doing this or have any ideas?

My UNIX guys told me that one of the volumes were the mount point, so we just had to translate and manually define the volume in the alerts. Works but time consuming. This goes for swap space as well.
