I have the same issue. 10.2 has broken the Sum on all of my aggregate bandwidth graphs as well.

You know, I don't think its a "version" thing. I'm on 2019.4 and the aggregate sum worked for awhile when I first configured it, but now it doesn't. Going to open a ticket on it, did any of you do the same?
