Network Traffic Utilization on ESX 4

I can Add an ESX server perfectly fine on NPM 10, however none of the interface counters seem to work. the radial gauges for receive and transmit Utilization are stuck at -2%. The Bandwidth capability for each interface does show up however.   any ideas?

We still reply on SNMP to gather interface, volume and ESX CPU/Memory in v10, so you will need to enable SNMP on the ESX box.
