Uninstall Solarwinds-Orion-NPM-v10.1.3

Hi, recently my company acquired this software but i was exploring this tool in evaluation mode; i never could install it and i don´t know what i´m wrong. Conditions are:

+Windows server enterprise sp2.

+.NET wasn´t updated (v3.5) but i now got it.

+SQL server 2005

When i tried to install trial version, at the end of the Conf. Wizr. "The Configuration Wizard says that database configuration has failed while importing old and sample maps.". I made the repair steps but anything happened.

Then i activated the license account and downloaded the avaliable instalation files but have the same trouble. I need to know how to uninstall ALL the components of Orion and its residual files in order to install again the software. Please comment me the required procedure to install in my OS.

Your best bet here is to submit a technical support ticket that references internal knowledge base article #759, "How do I fully uninstall Orion NPM?" (http://knowledgebase.solarwinds.com/kb/questions/759/).
