NCM Integration with NPM trouble

I just installed the NCM integration module on one of my Orion servers and I am getting errors on different web parts when I go to the Configs tab now.

The "Node List" resource threw an exception..
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {A440BD76-CFE1-4D46-AB1F-15F238437A3D} failed due to the following error: 80040154.

The "Policy Violations" resource threw an exception..
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {A440BD76-CFE1-4D46-AB1F-15F238437A3D} failed due to the following error: 80040154.

Those are two examples but there are more. I ran a repair on the NCM integration install and reran the config wizard with no change.

I check that KB and I do not see the CapiCom.dll it refers to on either the NPM or NCM server.

That's odd. You can download it from Microsoft:

You were right. I also worked with support and once we put the dll on the server and registered it the problem went away.
