After my v9 upgrade, I've noticed none of my previous custom pollers (mainly UPS and Cisco stats) are not polling even though they are enabled. Any ideas?
Is the Orion Module Engine service running? Some people have had issues with it starting and stopping repeatedly after upgrade. There's a workaround for that if it turns out that's what's affecting you.
It is and I haven't seen an issue with the restarts. Ticket 51250.
