I am new to Solar Winds and I am trying to establish a monitoring gauge of the environmental temperature via the UPS. Our APC/UPS are installed however whenever I run the test in Browse MIB's I get the error "The OID is not supported." Or when I continue and try to edit and change the way the information is retrieved (changed from Get next to Get and Get Table) I will receive the error "No such name." I am baffled, please help!
