Admin account lost rights to edit or browse nodes

Hello Everyone,

I lost the ability to browse or add node as an Admin.

I ran the config wizard hoping it will clear it but it didnt it.  We are in the processes of creating different views per application and must have done somehting wrong....

Here is the error from the console when I click on a node to  drill down:

Unexpected Website Error

The Controls collection cannot be modified because the control contains code blocks (i.e. <% ... %>).

do you have UDT installed? have you tried this?
