Time Stamps on Events From Monitored Devices

Hi Everyone,

Just installed Orion NPM and have noticed that all of the events being reported by NPM from our worldwide devices are being stamped with the server time instead of the local device time. Is there a way to configure NPM to show the local device being monitored time instead of the server time?

Unfortunately, no, only the server time is displayed. I will make sure the product manager sees this to add it as a feature request.

Really!? I'm surprised that no one else needs their alerts to be reported in local time of the monitored device. Does the product manager know when this feature will be enabled?

People have done a work around for this by for example setting the server to a specific timezone. Then creating a custom property of each device and putting the + or - from servers timezone in the property. Then when sending alerts taking the time plus or minus the number from the custom property. It's a little bit of pain but people are doing it.
