No information being stored in DB

I am having a strange issue. I just got to a new location that had NPM installed already. I was attempting to run some reports, and was getting no data available for all of them. The system has 300+ nodes and a couple thousand interfaces being monitored, and that all appears to be working well. I attempted to use the database manager to view individual entries, but they were all empty. I attempted to use the configuration wizard to reconnect to the database and verify I have all the correct permissions, and everything seems to be in order. Does anyone have any other steps or ideas I could try out? I am at the end of my knowledge.

Edit 1:

Upon looking through more fields: Basic necessary fields are storing information, such as the Interfaces field, and Nodes, but no detailed fields, such as InterfaceTraffic are storing anything.
