Toolset - Network Perf Mon

I'm trying to fix the NPM set up on the network I now manage and I am running into a few snags. Any help will be MUCH appreciated.

We have the Engineer's Toolset v10 and it comes with Network Performance Monitor. The 'about' shows that its version 10.0 March 2009.

Is there a way to run this program as a service? It only collects stats when the program is open. Right now I have to keep myself logged into the server via remote desktop to keep the program working.

Is there a SNMP Discovery option or a way to add nodes by subnet? I tried 'Network Sonar' and 'SNMP Sweep' but it appears they do not support SNMPv3. I also tried 'IP Network Browser' and when it tries to discover via SNMPv3 it just closes itself (crashes.)

You need to use NPM for adding nodes.Engineer toolset is just for troubleshooting purposes with the data collected.

One of the programs the Engineer's Toolkit comes with is "Network Performance Monitor."

I just assumed it might be a 'special' version because it was bundled in the toolkit.

Also, I just ran into another problem. When close the application (and get the pop up that tells me I need to leave it open to collect stats) and open it again, all the interfaces are question marks (?). I have to click 'add node' and reselect the interfaces to make them green dots again. Poll/rediscover doesn't work.
