Advanced alerts stop working

I have been using Orion NPM for about 6 months. I have Advanced and Basic alerts setup. All of a sudden, advance alerts stopped working, but basic alerts are working. This is the second time this has happened. The fix last time was rebooting the server. Orion is running on Windows Server 2003 SP2. Thanks.

which version of Orion are you on?

NPM 9.5 SP5 is the latest.

i seem to recall a similar issue like yours. i had to apply a SP (service pack) to fix my problem.
