Netpath WAN Hops give No Response error

Hi cobrien,

I really want to get excited about Netpath, but am running into an issue with every single one of my external paths. the WAN portion simply shows a hop value instead of the actual path. anyone know how to fix this? please see attached. the blacked out part is my public-facing interface, then a hop count on the Internet, then Salesforce (the destination for this Netpath)
