Solarwinds is showing solarwinds server as a false positive with CPU at 91%

Above is a snapshot of solarwinds. It did this for about an hour before it has finally settled down to about 40%. I tried the following to stop it polling incorrect data. Polling, removing the device and then adding it. Removing the list resources for CPU and then adding it again. Rebooting the server, rebooting services to name them all.

It still showed a higher CPU usage than what it was using. My only thing I could think about is that maybe solarwinds is behind? Somehow?

Update: It's also done it with a couple of other nodes. Maybe it's the database side?

I have also seen this with a few server 2012 R2 nodes. Just havnt had tie to ask yet

Which tells me that you can't trust solarwinds. Or another factor of solarwinds that I am not aware of.

I would do diags and send to solarwinds, but last time I had to apply a patch solarwinds recommended that would have fixed something, it broke my server and then I spent an afternoon doing config after reverting the snapshot.
