Cisco Nexus 7000 VDC stats polling

Hi guys,

We have NPM 10.1 and we need to poll the following from our Nexus 7000 routers:

CISCO-VDC-MIB 6.2(2) ciscoVdcResMin - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.774.1.4.2.1.2

CISCO-VDC-MIB 6.2(2) ciscoVdcResMax - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.774.1.4.2.1.3

CISCO-VDC-MIB 6.2(2) ciscoVdcResUsed - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.774.1.4.2.1.4

CISCO-VDC-MIB 6.2(2) ciscoVdcResUnused - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.774.1.4.2.1.5

CISCO-VDC-MIB 6.2(2) ciscoVdcResAvail - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.774.1.4.2.1.6

We already requested for MIB compilation and The OIDs can be seen already in undp, but as we test, the result is "OID not supported" please refer to attached images.

"OID not supported" in not an Orion issue: it means the SNMP agent on the monitored device has not implemented that OID.

I tested the specified OIDs on my 7k's (versions range from 5.2(5) to 6.1(3)). None of them support those OIDs.

You can get info from your device regarding which OID are supported.

First execute "show snmp internal oids supported create"

followed by "show snmp internal oids supported".

Sorry for the late response, We already ran the syntax on our VDC's and what we only saw are the ff:

It looks like you are correct it is not Solarwinds error

Just for the benefit of other forum members, the problem is on the OS of the Nexus devices, which needs to be upgraded to the latest.
